Bill Cook Bill is a well known figure in Traditional Scottish Fiddling circles. As a violin teacher with Clackmannan, Falkirk and Stirling Councils for over 30 years, he has influenced many youngsters and adults alike. He is a resident of the historical town of Clackmannan and he takes part in many of the local musical activities such as the Alloa Players, (formally known as the Alloa Operatic Society).

Bill has been invited to adjudicate at many prestigious competitions and as a soloist of note, has played in most of the larger venues in Scotland.
